ABOUT ME
I am a psychologist (counselor), a neuropsychologist and a clinical psychotherapist. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Post-Rationalist Therapy, EMDR therapy and Mindfulness.
In my clinical approach, I believe that self-awareness and self-development can be achieved if you and I keep together a non-judgemental approach towards feelings and behaviours. Rather, we ought to be curious about underlying needs that are trying to be fulfilled.
Having been an expat myself, I have a special interest in expatriates' issues.

EXPERIENCE
I spent many years in academia, as adjunct professor in psychology and researcher in cognitive neuro-psychology. I am keen on applying evidence-based methods also in my clinical practice.
I am the co-founder and director of Studio Internazionale Psicologia - International Psychology Practice. We gather highly-qualified multi-lingual therapists who are fond of attachment theory, offering a variety of psychological services to Italians and expatriates in Milan.
